Welcome

Hey, thanks for stopping by my blog on Blogger.com.

My official site is located at MartyDaniels.com. I am a Voiceover Artist from Columbus, OH.

I provide the voice for radio, tv and web commercials all over the world and specifically enjoy working with small to medium size businesses to create impact messages on hold for their phone systems.

I produce all my work in my home studio work with each client from start to finish on each project. The process for each client takes roughly 4-5 days depending on how quickly the client gets back to me on edits, rewrites, re-records and the like.

I look forward to reading your comments and helping you grow your business.

HUNTER S. THOMPSON

The guy was a very strange man. I just read the AP story from Aspen where he took his life the other day and here is a small portion of it...Hunter S. Thompson heard the ice clinking.

The literary champ was sitting in his command post kitchen chair, a piece of blank paper in his favorite typewriter, dead of a self-inflicted gunshot through the mouth hours earlier.

But a small circle of family and friends gathered around with stories, as he wished, with glasses full of his favored elixir — Chivas Regal on ice.

"It was very loving. It was not a panic, or ugly, or freaky," Thompson's wife, Anita Thompson, said Thursday night in her first spoken comments since the icon's death Sunday. "It was just like Hunter wanted. He was in control here."

I don't get the cavalier attitude about the value of life. To me this is just as shocking and disapointing as an abortion or an execution in a prison...I don't get it.
